Transcripts & Enrollment Verifications

Bring a completed Official Transcript Request Form (PDF) to Enrollment Services in Eagle Central, First Floor, Taylor Building with appropriate payment.

Fees

All transcript requests received (e.g. submitted online, dropped off, mailed in) must be accompanied by the required fees. Requests received without the appropriate fees will NOT be processed.

Official transcript standard processing fees

• Mailed or picked up in person: $7 per transcript

Special fees in addition to standard processing fees

• Rush Orders: $10 additional. Processed within 24 hours of receipt; does not include weekends, holidays, breaks or other school closures
• Priority Mail: $10 additional. Delivered in 1-3 business days once processed. Includes tracking.
• UPS/FedEx/International Delivery: $25 additional ($25 plus the applicable per transcript fee)

Debit/Credit Card – in person, in MyCSI (in Finances, Payments & Statements), or by phone (Enrollment Services 208-732-6250).

CSI Transcripts That May Not Be Released

Requests received without the appropriate fees will NOT be processed. Official CSI transcripts will not be released if there are HOLDS (financial or other) on the student's account. Until financial obligations are cleared by the student (or stayed by bankruptcy proceedings or discharged in bankruptcy) CSI will not issue official transcripts. Students have a right to review the records and to request a hearing if they believe that no debt is owed or the amount of debt is incorrect.

CSI will not issue transcripts of work completed at other institutions, students need to order directly from the original source.

Unofficial Transcripts

Current and recent students

Students who have attended CSI within the past two years can view and print their unofficial transcripts, for free, any time through MyCSI.

Past students and alumni

Students who attended more than two years ago will not be able to view their unofficial transcripts online but may bring a completed Unofficial Transcript Request Form (PDF) (For a Spanish copy of the form, please use this Unoffical Transcript Request Form-Spanish) to the Office of the Registrar, in person, by emailing it to records@csi.edu, or mail.

Verify Enrollment & GPA

Using the National Student Clearinghouse portal, students can

• Print your enrollment verification certificates to send to health insurers, housing providers, or other organizations requiring proof of your enrollment.
• Print your GPA verification to prove eligibilty for certain car insurance discounts.
• Check the deferment forms and electronic notifications sent to your lenders.
• Obtain a list of your student loan lenders and link to real-time loan information.
• View your enrollment history.
• View enrollment verification provided to student service providers at your request.

Current CSI students can access the portal online for free by logging into MyCSI. If you are no longer have a current CSI login, reach out to the Registrar's Office for help.
